We're hiring a results-driven Customer Care / Retention Agent with proven B2B experience. This role is for professionals who can handle pressure, retain high-value clients, and close—not entry-level support.
What You'll Do
Handle 50+ calls per day plus email follow-ups
- Retain and save B2B customers through strong objection handling
- Conduct professional retention and renewal conversations
- Document interactions accurately in CRM
- Hit retention, quality, and productivity targets
What We Require
- Experience with a premium tech company (e.g., DirecTV or similar)
- B2B deal exposure — you've closed or supported business accounts (not consumer-only)
- Comfortable in high-volume call environments
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
