Pay & Hours

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts at £14.18 an hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, but we offer 12‑to‑16‑hour options.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the van and trays used are clean, tidy and organised.
• Keep the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish; pick up litter as seen.
• Ensure trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required and check roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.
• Take care of products/deliveries as if they were my own.
• Explain to customers that they will not be charged for substitutions.
• Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
