Job Description
The Customer Engagement Manager will manage and develop new and existing clients and work towards strengthening our relationships and increasing Vistex footprint. They will engage with clients, position and aggressively pursue Vistex services and will be assigned to multiple clients simultaneously, which could be in various regions of the country. This person will be actively involved in all Go-to-Market Suite service sales activities including discoveries, RFPs, SOWs and communicate knowledge and information accurately to the project delivery teams once project has been sold. This position will be hands on along with eventually managing a team of customer engagement managers to ensure we meet our service sales targets.
