The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
Performs product demonstrations.
Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,
Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the
entire team
Complies to agreed shift schedules.
Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
