Duties & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Process and respond to customer emails
  • Escalate any queries or complaints to your supervisor immediately
