Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive follow up of Shipments to MENA Region
  • Tracking of open Shipments with Freight Forwaders (Sea and Air)
  • Preparation of Export Documents for the assigned markets
  • Close interaction with Customer Experience, Forwarders, Warehouses
  • Processing requests for information / quotation
  • Advising Customer Experience on Logistic matters
  • Promptly escalating internally
  • Incoterm handling
  • Supplier invoices processing
  • Creation of Reports to Direct Manager

We value:

  • Experience in International Export environment (preferably Freight Forwarder)
  • Knowledge of Export Requirements / Documents / Regulations
  • SAP experience
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. French, Spanish and Turkish would be a plus
