Customer Experience Host: Front Desk & Call Handling

Arnold Clark is recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Volvo/GWM/BYD branch in Stirling. As a Customer Experience Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of Arnold Clark, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing daily admin duties.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm, and you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal skills, a fantastic telephone manner, and the ability to multi-task.
