Job Description
We are looking for Customer Experience & Revenue Recovery Specialist with Service Titan and AI Operations Experience.
This role combines after-hours inbound customer support, appointment scheduling, outbound lead recovery, customer retention, maintenance agreement growth, ServiceTitan administration, Marketing Pro support, and AI workflow improvement.
The successful candidate will proactively identify and convert revenue opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This individual will serve as both a trusted customer advocate and a key contributor to the company's growth by helping maximize lead conversion, customer retention, operational efficiency, and marketing performance.
