Summary
This role supports the Planner CXPM team in driving measurable business impact and scalable evangelism across Planner and Project Manager Agent (PMA). The individual will operate across structured intake, proactive customer engagement, field enablement, and community program execution.
This role enables senior CXPM leads to focus on strategic influence by owning intake triage, engagement orchestration, program logistics, and high-quality written communications.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate the UAT and customer intake motion end-to-end.
- Evaluate requests against defined criteria and route appropriately.
- Redirect ad-hoc asks back into formal intake to maintain scalability.
