We are now hiring casual Customer Experience Representatives to join our team at Box Hill, Melbourne.

As a Customer Experience Representative,  you will be the first point of contact for all Melbourne Matrix parents and students in person, over the phone and online. You will manage the day to day operations of the Box Hill campus and provide enrolment advisory, service and support to the students, parents and staff members.

The working days for this role are Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.
