Job Description
Join Shoppers Drug Mart as a Pharmacy Assistant focusing on excellent customer service and prescription management. Your evenings and weekends will be instrumental in supporting community health.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the technical aspects of pharmacy operations, delivering superior service to customers, and maintaining confidentiality per Pharmacy Standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and gather necessary prescription details
• Process new and repeat prescription orders following standards
• Organize data entry for prescriptions and refill requests
• Work efficiently while managing the cash register
• Collaborate with the pharmacist for patient counseling referrals
