Customer Insight Analyst
Blackbur - hybrid working (3 days per week) | £50,000 to £55,000
This is a high-impact Customer Insight Analyst role within a fast-growing, data-driven organisation that is investing heavily in customer analytics, CRM and experimentation. You will play a key role in shaping how customer data is used to drive retention, targeting and marketing performance across a large and complex network.
The Role
As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will sit within a growing Customer Insight team and work closely with marketing, technology and external partners. Your role will focus on using customer data to improve targeting, retention and campaign effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimising customer targeting strategies across multiple marketing campaigns
- Delivering reporting and insight on customer retention and engagement performance
