Customer Master Data Analyst

Location: Bogotá

We are looking for a Customer Master Data Analyst to join our SBS Order-to-Cash (O2C) team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer master data in SAP S/4HANA and MDG tools, ensuring data accuracy to support seamless order processing. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support transactional and operational data needs in a global, fast-paced shared services environment focused on data integrity and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Master Data: Process data requests, validate and complete master data requests, and apply data governance principles. Assist with the development of field names, definitions and formulas.
• Data Approver: Review, validate and complete requests as needed.
