We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Onboarding Advisor to support our onboarding and implementation team helping deliver a seamless start for new customers and making sure our internal processes stay tight, current and customer ready.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced problem solving, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and being at the centre of customer onboarding activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to Sales onboarding enquiries and troubleshoot questions fast.
Maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs and process updates.
Manage the Implementation Team SharePoint and keep content current.
