Customer Operations Lead - Post-Implementation & SLAs

Xerox is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Lapu-Lapu, Central Visayas, to manage and execute contracted Managed Services with a focus on client satisfaction. You will work alongside client contacts to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations while maintaining excellent communication and reporting metrics.

The ideal candidate should have over 4 years in operations delivery, strong analytical skills, and experience using the MS Office Suite. A BA/BS/BBA degree in Business or an equivalent experience is required.
