In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orderscomming on Functional account mailbox, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. **Your role:**
+ Managing Functional account mailbox where all UKI orders fall in;
+ Assist the Sales Back Office (SBO) team in managing and cleansing activities before order entry into the SAP system.
+ Work within the Salesforce environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the region.
+ Collaborate closely with the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.
