We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Cummins in Milano, Lombardia, Italy.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Italy-based PowerGen Projects team, managing purchase requests, purchase orders, customer orders, and coordinating transportation and logistics for gensets and parts.
Plan and organize the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring correct export/customs documentation, compliance with regulations, and on-time delivery to customer sites.
Manage all Customer Order Management (COM) tasks for assigned PowerGen project accounts across Europe, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
