Customer & PEP Media Analytics Lead

We are looking for a Customer & PEP Media Analytics Lead to lead delivery, quality and enablement across PEP’s Customer and PEP Media analytics portfolio.

This role supports Retail Media, customer insights, campaign measurement, loyalty reporting, merchandise customer analytics and customer experience analytics. The focus is to ensure that analysts deliver trusted, standardised and commercially relevant insights that support better business decision-making.

This is a senior player‑coach role, responsible for improving delivery quality, managing priorities, supporting data engineering delivery, coaching analysts, and building confidence in customer and media analytics.
