Job Description

  • Introduce and Implement customer standard and requirements within company.
  • Monitor and update of worldwide and customer environmental requirements.
  • Ensure products are fulfilling ROSCH and REACH requirements and response to the customer.
  • Initial Mock recall and traceability program.
  • Introduce and implement the quality audit related to regulation and customer requirements within company.
  • Conduct Mock recall and traceability within related department.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customer on change control & validation of new material, product machine, process qualification.

(B) Customer Service

  • Work with the related department (Production /PMC/ R&D/ EHS /Quality) on customer technical inquiries, technical agreement & environmental issue.
