Job Description

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Define and align the strategy to ensure health and safety of the team
People administration (Payroll, development, performance)
Provide technical support to the team
Quality Management system
Problem Solving Management
Plan, Control and Manage budget of the team
Establish strategies to increse the efficiency of the team
Ensure Quality Assembly process and alignment with other teams
Ensure Quality NPD/PFMEA process and alignment with other teams
Align and follow the strategies with PPM/PPQ team
Main interface to external / internal customers and suppliers
Decision concerning release for production of supplier material parts
Manage the quality quarentine
Ensure sorting, reworks are aligned and controlled
Control and follow all the department KPIs
All other duties and responsabilities assigned by the Manager
