customer relations associate

STEP Inc. is looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to inquiries via Facebook, Shopee, TikTok, hotline, Viber, and Messenger
• Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with franchisees
• Respond to and track leads from Facebook ads
• Support Facebook Groups and Viber Communities
• Update databases and daily trackers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in sales admin or customer service is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of G Suite is a plus
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn internal order systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with occasional weekends/holidays
