Job Description

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or support ticket systems Provide administrative support, including documentation and data entry Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to assist in resolving customer issues Prepare reports, summaries, and other administrative documents as required Support the customer service team in delivering a high standard of service
Requirements Strong written communication and organizational skills Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
