Customer Service Agent - Financial Services Location: Newcastle upon tyne Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (37.5 hours/week) Shifts: 6-week rotation (8am-8pm M-F, 9am-6pm S-S) The Role

I am currently recruiting for a Customer service adviser position with one of our clients in financial service in supporting the personal lending business. As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries regarding loan accounts, striving for first-time resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.

Data Compliance: Manage sensitive customer information in strict compliance with GDPR.

Performance: Meet contractual Service Levels and KPIs while collaborating with your team and supervisor.

What We Are Looking For:

Required: Proven experience in a Call Centre/Contact Centre and Customer Service.
