Job Title: Customer Service Agent

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Agent you will be at the front‑line of our service team, ensuring that our social housing customers are kept warm and comfortable. You will deliver inbound telephone support, assist customers and, with the help of technical experts, help to solve their problems.

Working Conditions

• Hybrid working once training is complete; you must be in the office five days a week until training is finished.
• Base at Leatherhead office.
• 37.5 hours a week.
