Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)Analyzing and resolving customer inquiriesProviding information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)Introducing changes to the systemCooperation with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer serviceSales and promotion of productsOur requirements:
Knowledge ofItalian at least C1 levelReadiness to work on-site in Krakow during onboarding periodReadiness to participate in an onsite training for first 3 weeks from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00Working on shifts from 8:00 AM till 22/24:00 PMOffer for you:
