Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service associate, you will solve customer questions and complaints by acting as a trusted advisor. You will be the voice of the customer. Through chats, e‑mails, and calls you will record all customer interactions, provide accurate, valid, and complete information, and build customer trust during each interaction.
