Job Description
- Senior high graduate or at least some college education
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with prior experience with BPO or call center, particularly in voice accounts
- Computer literate, can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (English; written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.
