Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Provide quality information, reports, and administrative work for domestic customer projects
· Collect data for corrective and preventive actions (8D/RCCA/SCAR/FA)
· Support with sorting and rework tasks for customer complaints
· Assist with internal follow-up on customer quality project issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
. Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) will be an added advantage to facilitate communication with Taiwan headquarters and customers
· 1+ year of relevant experience
· Proficiency in Office software; knowledge of Pro/E or Oracle is a plus
· English proficiency is preferred
· Travel required as per specific customer service needs
· Understanding of processes such as stamping, assembly, and NCT
· Ability to interpret technical drawings
