Job Description

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer purchase orders (PO) via email or sales person, prepare artwork, and key in details accurately into the Unity system.

Generate Sales Orders (SO), label each artwork with important details (PO number, quantity, delivery date, SO number), and coordinate with the Purchaser for raw material orders.

Maintain proper documentation, filing, and update delivery schedules according to customer requirements.

Liaise with Marketing, Planning, and Warehouse Departments on order progress, production status, and delivery arrangements.

Communicate promptly on any delays, urgent or postponed deliveries, and seek advice from the Planner for rescheduling.

Update customer files and inform Marketing regarding delivery readiness or pending items.

Email artwork to the Design Department and ensure accuracy before submission.
