- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Provide product information, guidance, and training to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify and document recurring customer issues to inform product and service improvements.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer FAQs.
**Data Analysis**
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer support data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
