Customer Service Officer

One of our local government clients are looking for a Customer Service Officer, ideally someone from first nations, to join their team. This will be a 12 month contract with full-time hours and commencing immediately. Reporting to the Aboriginal Development Coordinator, the Customer Service officer will be responsible support the Citys Aboriginal Development team by coordinating the operations and promotion of the Champion Centre and assisting with the coordination of related activities including community Responsibilities:Coordinate the daily operations and functions.Monitor, sort and prioritise correspondence for the Aboriginal Development Team.Participate in relevant networks.Undertake administrative tasks pertaining to Aboriginal committees and other forums.Undertake administrative tasks pertaining to Aboriginal Development & Champion Centre finances.Provide logistical and administrative support for Aboriginal Development initiatives.Coordinate usage of the Champion Centre with int...
