As a Customer Service Reception Apprentice, you’ll be the welcoming face of our business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional front‑of‑house service. What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth
• Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
• Supporting administrative tasks including mail handling, organisation of meeting rooms, and office supplies
• Assisting with internal communications and supporting the wider Customer Service team with Customer Order Processing and general queries
