Customer Service Rep - Lisburn

Department : Sales and Customer Relations.

Reports To : Sales and Customer Relations Manager

Role Type : Office Based, located in Airtastic Lisburn,

Full time or part time – Monday to Sunday – regular office hours.

Salary : £13 per hour

The Person

An exciting opportunity has opened within Airtastic for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing and successful Customer Service team and be responsible to engage with customers across all Airtastic and Funky Monkeys centres within Northern Ireland and ROI.

The ideal candidate is someone able to confidently communicate and engage with our customers, answering phone and e‑mail enquiries and assisting with bookings across all of our centres.

The Role – Main Responsibilities

• To professionally handle all customer enquiries by telephone, online booking, social media platforms and email.
