Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Flex Aguascalientes.
This role will be in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively provide comprehensive, high‐quality services for all customer needs.
Handle enquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, and ensure one‐call resolution.
Maintain customer service standards during high‐pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers.
Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.
Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and provide an effective solution as needed.
