Ready to be at the heart of a fast-moving, customer-focused team? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Officer to join a dynamic automotive aftermarket business. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the full customer journey from order entry through to delivery and resolution partnering closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately in SAP and provide timely confirmations

Monitor order progress and collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery

Liaise professionally across departments to troubleshoot issues and support quality outcomes

Deliver end-to-end customer support for local and APAC customers

Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and regional offices
