Customer Service Representative (Retail – Non-Voice)

Location: Pasig Bridgetowne

Provide customer support primarily via chat and email (90% non‑voice).

Handle inquiries on orders, returns, refunds, and product information.

Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive experience.

Accurately document interactions and follow company procedures.

Meet key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all written communications.

Requirements
