Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Place corporate orders and liaise with clients
• Provide product advice and prepare quotations
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
• Keep accurate customer service records

• Confident using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
