Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support. This involves providing solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing internal activities & external customers’ expectations to ensure superior customer service. They will be heavily working in Salesforce and SAP. These roles specifically will be handling only phones (no emails) but will be reaching out to other departments so still need to be comfortable working in Outlook.
