Customer Service Representative - Gig Dispatcher

This is graveyard shift work from home position that is high pressure and highly stressful. We are an American-based company providing labor referral services in the United States. Our company is seeking a person that performs well under pressure, who is highly motivated and organized.The gig dispatcher role involves sending hundreds of text messages to workers in our labor pool and speaking with, qualifying, and directing respondents to their respective job assignments on time. When workers become unresponsive or do not show up it is the gig dispatchers responsibility to have a back up worker ready and dispatch them.Dispatcher roles require attention to detail, a great work ethic, and a willingness to continually learn and improve. The expected performance level is high and there will not be a moment to rest during your shift other than your required breaks allowed by law.
