Customer Service Representative

Qualfon Costa Rica is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives or Retentions Representatives. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively helps customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. 

In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, and how we can improve our products or services.
