Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM, US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support professionals for an International Voice Process (Career Counseling role). The candidate will interact with U. S.-based clients, understand their needs, guide them with appropriate career solutions, and ensure a smooth support experience.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to handle international calls confidently

Comfortable working in night shift

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Prior international calling experience preferred
