Job Requirements

- Experience Level: At least1year International call center experience or 1yr. Customer Service Facing Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities; customer-oriented and dependable
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle difficult situations with grace
