  • 100% call center and phone-based environment
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least Highschool / Senior Highschool Graduate with 1 year BPO experience
  • College Graduate with or without BPO experience
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willing to work fully onsite within Metro Manila.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
