Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Norfolk, Virginia through a Contract assignment. In this role, you will connect with program participants by phone, gather and record employment updates, and provide helpful guidance to individuals who may need additional workforce support. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, handles outreach with professionalism, and maintains accurate records in a fast-paced customer service environment.
