Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting all aspects of a Customer guest's journey
• Takes over after Sales once the booking process has been completed
• Cooperates closely with Operations and external partners (landlords, cleaners, delivery services)
• Hands the guest over to Accounting & Finance.
Requirements
• 0-1 year of work experience
• College graduate from any reputable school
• Must have good English written communication skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
