Position : Customer Service Agent

Location : Remote

Salary : 40,000 - 45,000 PHP Monthly + 13 Month Pay & Benefits

Schedule :

Tuesday - Friday 9:00pm-8:00am (Manila Time)

Saturday - Tuesday 9:00pm-8:00am (Manila Time)

Wednesday - Saturday 8:00pm-6:00am (Manila Time)

Sunday - Wednesday 8:00pm-6:00am (Manila Time)

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service, technical support, or call‑center experience (preferred in field service or hardware support environments).
• Strong communication skills—clear, patient, and professional.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable learning technical details about parking equipment and software systems.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or service dispatch software (training provided).
