Job Description
Responsibilities
- To manage the regular business interactions with selected Key/Strategic customer as the main point of contact, liaisng between tactical customer buying team and the Lakeside Production, Planning and Intercompany suppliers.
- Management of selected customer demand through order entry and loading of schedules downloaded from customer portals (e.g. CEVA Matrix) into the ERP system.
- Validation of Enterprise Material Transfer (EMT) demand flow down to intercompany supplier sites ERP system.
- Responsible for collaborating with necessary stakeholders to communicate delivery commitments via customer portals.
- Manage Customer plant visits, including Customer Orderbook Reviews along with Production and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge and train others to navigate and manage customer websites.
