Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with search engine-related inquiries, account issues, and navigation support.
- Troubleshoot technical problems such as login errors, browser issues, account recovery, and tool functionality.
- Guide users through product features, settings, and best practices to improve their search experience.
- Escalate advanced technical concerns to the appropriate support teams when needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow technical protocols.
- Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to help users resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new features or system changes.
Job Requirements:
- With or without BPO experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work onsite and full-time
- Preferably with valid IDs such as: Postal, PhilSys, UMID, Maritime ID, Passport, or Dri...
