About the Role

BIG Georgetown is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support one of our brokers directly, servicing an established book of home, auto, business, and specialty insurance clients across the Greater Toronto Area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering client calls and emails about policy questions, billing, and coverage changes
• Processing endorsements, renewals, and mid-term policy changes
• Putting together quotes for new business across home, auto, and commercial lines
• Supporting underwriting submissions and following up with insurers on outstanding requirements
• Keeping client files accurate and up to date in our policy management system
