ABOUT THE ROLE
With growth, our client wants to add a Customer Service Representative to their small, dedicated team. The ideal candidate brings experience in a similar customer-facing role in International Freight Forwarding. Maintaining a portfolio of accounts, you will work closely with your clients and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of freight movements, including quoting, order tracking, coordinating routings and general customer relations.
